  This one is really important. We all let our past get in the way sometimes, even though we know we shouldn't. It's really a pain in the ass because it keeps us from the things in our future. Relationships, opportunities, having a family, and really just enjoying life.
  Think about that today. Don't let yourself get caught up in things you can't change. If you find yourself getting upset or thinking about the past remind yourself that you can't change whats already happened. You are going wonderful places!
